Only if you live nearby, I go to the local markets every weekend. Contact me for details, and check the main page for market locations.


What is upcycled jewellery?
My upcycled jewellery combines old vintage parts with new pieces I design myself.

Are the jewellery pieces mass-produced in large quantities?
None of my jewellery is the same, though I might have, for example, 5 cameos, each in a different piece.

Do you sell collectibles and vintage items?
Yes, I do. Vintage items are sourced locally & globally.

Where do you deliver?
Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

Of course I am. I have thoroughly verified reviews to ensure authenticity, and I operate as a fully Australian-registered business.


How is my item packed, and is it safe?
Packaging is incredibly important to me. Every item is carefully and securely packed with ample protective wrapping inside sturdy, reliable boxes to greatly reduce the risk of damage during transit. Whenever possible, recycled and eco-friendly materials are thoughtfully used to help lessen environmental impact, while also keeping costs down for valued customers.


Postage information.
Items are shipped once full payment has been received. Processing usually takes between 1 to 2 business days. Be sure to provide the correct and complete address, as I cannot take responsibility for items delivered to an incorrect address. Each parcel has a tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the vintage nature of the items and health regulations regarding jewellery, there are no returns or refunds. I do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Returns are only accepted at my discretion, based on the condition and type of the item returned. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of wear or damage. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Additionally, any refunds issued will have some of the original shipping/handling fee deducted. Returns will only be approved after a careful inspection of the returned item to ensure it meets all requirements.


IF, HOWEVER, THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR BROKEN
Please contact me immediately and provide the following photos, as a refund will not be issued until liability is determined.

. Packaging materials used to post the item and the exterior postage label.

Rosie’s Vintage and/or the buyer may then need to file a claim with Australia Post. Neither Rosie’s Vintage nor the buyer can determine liability for damage; only a claim specialist of the postage company (Australia Post) can do so.
