This stunning vintage gemstone sterling silver pendant necklace features a lab-created 1.25-carat Swiss blue topaz with a square Princess cut, encased in a bezel rubover 925 sterling silver setting. The setting showcases three cubic zirconia/diamonds on the top of the bail, and the sides are detailed with a beautiful pierced heart design. The pendant hangs from a petite 56 cm box chain made of 925 silver.
The underside of the pendant is hallmarked 925 for authenticity.
