Vintage 1960s sterling silver pendant necklace, marked 925. This unique, rare piece features an intricately detailed leaping deer motif, inspired by the deer tattoos on ancient Scythian mummies. The pendant is likely of European origin and comes with a new silver-plated link chain with an extender and a lobster-claw clasp. While I am unable to identify the maker, the hallmarking closely resembles vintage designs by Georg Jensen. The pendant includes two impressed hallmarks to verify its authenticity and the maker.
