Vintage Ashtray Art Glass Murano Tobacciana Opaline Multicolour Dish.
This exquisite hand-blown vintage art glass piece showcases a retro mid-century modern style. It features a clear and white ‘opaline’ glass colour with multicoloured blue and red swirl cased glass striping. The design follows a round ‘tobacciana’ theme and includes three applied clear glass slots. The smooth pontil base does not have any formal identification stickers for the maker, although it is highly likely to be Venetian Murano glass. This beautiful piece can be used as intended or as an elegant dish for holding sweets, jewellery, or even small flowers!

Tiny ‘nibble’ on the underside of one of the slots with a manufacturing ‘line’.
Also, general air bubbles, indicative of the artisan’s glassblowing process.
These are insignificant and are not signs of damage and are mentioned only for accuracy. Please refer to the photos.
In excellent vintage condition.
There are no chips, cracks, fractures or discolouration. Even the pontil base is free from ‘nibbles’.
