Vintage 1970s -80s Capricorn mini ingot pendant charm necklace. This is a lovely, rare piece of zodiac jewellery from an era where retro zodiac star sign jewellery was extremely popular. There is no maker’s mark, although highly suggestive of the Australian company VINDEL, where they were historically renowned for frequently featuring fine silver mini zodiac ingots and charms. The ingot is double-sided with a Capricorn leaping goat with fish scales (the Sea Goat) and hallmarking for authenticity of precious metal. The quality of the silver is 9998 fine pure silver and is made to last. Highly sought after among vintage charm collectors, these miniature horoscope ingots are essentially miniature silver bullion bars. The lettering and image are clear, and it has the original bail. The silver chain with extender has been added.
